MoneyKu is operated by PT Pelita Kode Indonesia, a company registered in Indonesia. Throughout this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to PT Pelita Kode Indonesia.

 - Financial Data: Transaction descriptions, amounts, categories, dates, account names, and budget information that you manually enter into the app. We do not connect to your bank accounts or collect actual banking credentials
 - Communication Data: When you contact our support team, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your messages
 
Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
 - Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features used, time spent on different screens, and app settings
 - Log Data: IP address, browser type, access times, pages viewed, and the page you visited before navigating to our services
 - Analytics Data: We use analytics services to collect information about app usage patterns, user engagement, and performance metrics to improve our services

Subscription and Purchase Information
When you purchase a subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system, we receive limited information about your purchase (such as subscription status and expiration date) but we do not receive your payment card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple.
How We Use Your Information

- To Provide Our Services: We use your account information and financial data to enable you to track expenses, manage budgets, and access all features of MoneyKu
 - To Manage Your Account: We use your email address and name to create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity, and communicate with you
 - To Process Subscriptions: We use subscription information to manage your premium access, verify subscription status, and ensure you receive the features you've paid for
 - To Provide Customer Support: When you contact us, we use your communication data to respond to your questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide assistance
 - To Improve Our App: We analyze usage data and crash reports to understand how users interact with MoneyKu, identify bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features
 - To Send Important Notifications: We use your email address to send you critical service updates, security alerts, subscription renewal reminders, and important changes to our terms or policies
 - To Ensure Security: We use log data and device information to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, and security threats
 - To Comply with Legal Obligations: We may use your information to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, and enforce our terms of service
 
We do not:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
 - Use your financial data for advertising purposes
 - Share your transaction details with anyone except as described in this policy

 - Correct Your Data: You can update your account information, profile details, and transaction data directly in the app
 - Data Portability: You can export your financial data in a common format (CSV/JSON) to transfer it to another service
 
Account and Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and personal data at any time. Here's how:
Option 1: Delete Through the App
- Open the MoneyKu app
 - Go to Profile
 - Tap on "Delete Account"
 - Confirm deletion by tapping "Delete"
 
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
Send an email to privacy@moneyku.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
 - Your full name as it appears in your account
 - Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
 
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.
Important Information About Account Deletion:
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
 - All your financial data, transactions, budgets, and reports will be permanently deleted
 - If you have an active subscription, it will not be automatically canceled. You must cancel it separately through Apple (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions)
 - Some information may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted
 - Certain information may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes)
 
Other Rights
- Object to Processing: You can object to certain types of data processing by contacting us
 - Restrict Processing: You can request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
 - Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process data, you can withdraw it at any time
 - Opt-out of Marketing: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in any marketing email or by adjusting your notification settings in the app

How We Share Your Information

MoneyKu does not currently display third-party advertisements or use advertising tracking technologies. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites for advertising purposes.
If we decide to implement advertising or cross-app tracking in the future, we will:

 - Request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before tracking your activity
 - Provide you with the option to opt-out of personalized advertising
 - Notify existing users about these changes via email and in-app notifications

Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
