Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MoneyKu ("the Application", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

MoneyKu is owned and operated by PT Pelita Kode Indonesia, a company registered in Indonesia. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", "our", and "MoneyKu" refer to PT Pelita Kode Indonesia.

Description of Service

MoneyKu is a financial management application that helps users track their income, expenses, budgets, and financial goals. The Service provides tools for personal finance management, transaction tracking, and financial reporting.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities under your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with any third party
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use

User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the financial data and information you input into MoneyKu. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of the data you provide
  • Ensuring you have the right to use and share any data you upload
  • Maintaining backups of your important financial data

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PT Pelita Kode Indonesia and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Indonesia and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently
  • Perform scheduled maintenance without prior notice
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

Subscription Terms (Apple In-App Purchase)

MoneyKu offers auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features. All subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscription Plans

MoneyKu Premium unlocks advanced budgeting features, multi-currency support, unlimited transaction history, custom categories, detailed reports and analytics, and priority support. Subscription plans available include:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the rate displayed in the app
  • Annual Plan: Billed annually at the rate displayed in the app (typically offers savings compared to monthly)

Billing and Auto-Renewal

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • The renewal cost will be the same as your original subscription price unless you are notified otherwise
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID settings
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select MoneyKu from your list of subscriptions
  5. Choose "Cancel Subscription" to turn off auto-renewal

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription expires.

Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. PT Pelita Kode Indonesia does not have access to process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must request it through Apple:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Find your MoneyKu subscription purchase
  • Follow the prompts to request a refund

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple according to their policies. We cannot guarantee that refund requests will be approved.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription, you will be notified in advance through the app or via email. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

Free Features and Limitations

MoneyKu offers a free tier with basic financial tracking features. Free users have access to core functionality but with certain limitations compared to premium subscribers. We reserve the right to modify the features available in the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

PT Pelita Kode Indonesia does not provide financial advice. The Service is a tool for tracking and managing your finances, but you should consult with qualified financial professionals for financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PT PELITA KODE INDONESIA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PT Pelita Kode Indonesia and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use and access of the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
